Day 32 Reading: Lev. 12:1- Lev. 14:57 Happy new month. I pray that as this month begins you will soak deeper in the Word of God and that by the knowledge of Him you and I will grow more into the fullness of all that God is. One of the things that I have realised over time is that God desires we know Him not just as a Miracle Worker but as a Friend. Too many times we relate to God only on the basis of what He can do for us. I have come to the place of realising that this has only made one miss out on the blessings of God. I have purposed to not just be interested in the things that the Hand of God can give but to know the Persona of God. Every male child would be circumcised on the 8th day. This was in accordance with the covenant. This act was a reminder of the covenant God had made with Abraham. Today's believers don't understand the power of having a heart that is circumcised.
