And It Came To Pass

This year I have purposed to walk with God like never before. I am determined to hear God more than ever. The bible says Enoch walked with God Gen 5:24. His walk with God and the results were unique. The bible showcases how different people walked with God. Those who were intimate saw the supernatural as normal, yet those who were casual in their approach to God did not see God to a depth that was possible. A commitment to walking with God is the first sing of hungering for the purposes of God that causes one to walk in the supernatural. Why seek the supernatural? Its the only way to achieving God like results.

As I went through my day today I kept hearing that the night is over, the day is here!! The storm is over, you are turning a new page. As I thought about this I realised that I had no reason to come up with the statement that some would agree with but question the timeline. I believe that my night is over today not tomorrow or another day but NOW!!!

The Word of God is clear that we are in the days where every vision-prophetic pronouncement-would come to pass before our very eyes. I believe that I am living in the season where every Word of God will come to pass Eze 12:21-25. No more will people say that the Word of God is delayed. The delay is over. The night, the test, the stress, the depression, oppression whatever -ssion you have faced is over. Why do I believe it is over. When God spoke in Genesis, darkness disappeared. As I declare the Word, darkness in whatever form or fashion is being pushed back. As you declare the Word, prepare to see the light of God elevate you into the place of glory. Get ready to see the Word come to pass before your very eyes. Prepare for the spectacular.

"None of My words will be postponed anymore, but the word which I speak will be done" says the Lord God. Eze 12:28. Speak the Word of God and see the cloud billows roll away.

A better tomorrow

Everyone is hopeful for a better tomorrow. That's why we say "Good morning" at the start of the day. It's an indicator of the hope within that welcomes the dawning of a new day to bring better fortunes our way. God's mercies are new every morning and His compassion does not fail. When faced with adversity it becomes harder to see a better tomorrow, but resilient people are focused on the fact that trouble is only a comma in the sentence of life. At a time where fear has gripped many hearts because of various reasons, it is difficult to remain hopeful. Without hope, you cannot have the faith necessary to live. Faith is the substance of what is hoped for. Faith gives hope tangibility. To be without hope is to open the door of low living. Hopelessness is the start of damnation in life. You and I were born for a reason. We are not just statistics, making up numbers in any particular nation. You and I were born to reign in life. That situation that has so far made...

Lessons From A Parable

Day 259 Reading: Luke 14:1 - Luke 16:31 The thoughts that God has for you are too many to be counted. Jesus while speaking asked the disciples if they knew the number of hairs that fall off their head? Jesus told them that God is so interested in the minute details about us that He knows when one hair falls down. God is so detailed about our lives because He is good. When you embrace the goodness of God by understanding that God's love towards us is immeasurable. Whilst reading today's passages my heart was refreshed as I read a very famous parable featuring the prodigal son.   Jesus tells us of two sons and a father. The younger son asked for his inheritance and left home leaving the elder son and his father.  The younger went to a faraway land and wasted his life. He soon was dead broke, deserted by his new found friends and looking for a job. He soon was working for a farmer feeding his pigs. His job must have been so mundane with low pay as he ate the food the...

Absalom's Treachery

Day 91 Reading: 2 Sam. 14:1 - 2 Sam. 15:37 One of life's most painful lessons is the treachery of human beings. When family or friends hurt you and leave you grieving the pain is not the same as when someone out on the street does something wrong. The pain goes deeper and it's easy to become bitter. Absalom had fled from Israel knowing that he was a wanted man for the murder and revenge on Ammon his step-brother. Joab arranged for a wise woman to go see David and get him to forgive Absalom. The wise woman made David realise that he was not setting a godly example by exiling Absalom. The wise woman made David understand that God will not banish anyone but he will seek the person out. God will do everything in His power to restore the banished person. The wise woman was asking David not to forget the grace of God that enables one to enjoy forgiveness. David gets Absalom brought back to Jerusalem however for 2 years he didn't see him. Now, this was worse than ...
